yoga · mind-body healing · girls' community

You made it
through today.
That's enough.

It's what I told myself on the days that felt impossible, through PCOS, ADHD and grief. Still Here Girlies is yoga, breathwork and mind-body healing for the girl who is still here, still hurting, and ready to take one small step.

Desk-job neck. A back that aches by 4 pm. Legs that feel heavy. A cycle that won't behave. Tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Tell me what's going on, and every session is built around you: your problems, your body and your timings. No copy-paste routines.

Hi, I'm Vandana Bhaskar

I didn't find yoga because I was fine.

PCOS. ADHD. Grief. Years of being in my head while my body quietly fell apart. It took me a long time to understand that my health wasn't separate from my mind, and even longer to actually start looking after it.

I hold a Master's in Psychology and worked as a counseling psychologist before following a pull I'd always felt toward yoga. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, then an intensive Hatha training, and today I teach Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranayama and Meditation.

What fascinates me most is the science of how we can change: the way we think, feel and respond. Still Here Girlies is where I bring all of it together, for the girlies who finally decided to take a step.
